Porper's Tip Clamp gives you the ability to reapply a tip at a moment's notice. Keep it in your cue case and always be prepared! Just sand the side of the tip you want to glue, and put it into the tip clamp. Push the tip all the way to the bottom. Place glue on your ferrule and slide it firmly onto the tip in the tip clamp.
